Ironing is easy. It’s only hard when you don’t dry the fabric properly after washing or use fabric softener or when you tumble dry it when it should be hung.

$3 from my dry cleaner, with free pickup and dropoff at my front door. I only wish I had learned about them earlier. My time used to be worth so much less...

I too am bad at ironing. And sewing? Never learned, because then someone might ask me to sew something.

Brooks Brothers non-iron shirts. Throw dem bitches in the dryer (after you hang dry them) right before you jump in the shower in the morning, and they’re done when you are. And they aren’t super stiff like some other non-iron brands are. Nice and soft.

Previous girlfriends were always amazed that my house was clean (I make my own cleaning solutions), dishes usually done, but my clothes were always wrinkled and my bed was never made, despite having a military background.
I just never saw the end results for them.

I never said it was hard, just that I suck at it. I don’t practice. I iron maybe once a year. And as a musician, I wear a tuxedo all the time. But I wear a perm press dress shirt and sit at the back of the orchestra where nobody can see my wrinkly shirt.
